利用規約

1. 適用

本規約は、Protoduct（以下「当方」）が提供する iOS アプリ「Hearth」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. サブスクリプション

Pro 機能は App Store 経由の自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供されます。購入・解約・返金は Apple の規定に従います。解約は期間終了の24時間前までに App Store の設定から行ってください。Hearth のアカウントを削除しても App Store のサブスクリプションは解約されません。

3. 健康に関する免責

本アプリは医学的助言・診断・治療を提供するものではありません。表示される数値は一般的な計算式に基づく参考値であり、その正確性・安全性を保証しません。減量プログラムの開始前に医師へ相談することを推奨します。AI アシスタントとの対話内容は当該 AI 提供者の規約に従います。

4. 禁止事項

法令違反、本アプリの逆コンパイル等の解析、不正アクセス、第三者になりすました利用を禁止します。

5. 免責

当方は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

6. 規約の変更

当方は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。

1. Acceptance

By using the iOS app "Hearth" (the "App") provided by Protoduct ("we"), you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions

Pro features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple's policies. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends via App Store settings. Deleting your Hearth account does not cancel your App Store subscription.

3. Health Disclaimer

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Displayed values are estimates based on standard formulas and are not guaranteed. Consult a physician before starting any weight-loss program. Conversations with AI assistants are governed by the respective AI provider's terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal use, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, and impersonation are prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; updates take effect when posted on this page.
