Protoduct（以下「当方」）は、iOS アプリ「Hearth」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 収集する情報

• アカウント情報：メールアドレス、認証識別子（認証基盤 Clerk 経由）
• 身体・健康関連情報：身長、体重、生年、性別、活動レベル、目標体重、食事・運動・体重の記録（利用者が自ら入力したもの）
• 利用者コンテンツ：食事画像、AI コーチ用のメモ・提案および利用者が入力した文章
• 購入情報：サブスクリプションの購入状態（App Store / RevenueCat 経由。クレジットカード情報は当方に届きません）
• セキュリティ・不具合情報：AI 連携で実行された機能名と実行日時、クラッシュログ等（エラー監視が有効な場合）

2. 利用目的

• カロリー予算・減量ペースの計算、進捗管理などの本アプリ機能の提供
• 利用者が接続を許可した場合の、AI アシスタント（ChatGPT / Claude 等）とのデータ連携
• サブスクリプションの管理、不具合の把握と改善

3. 第三者への提供・委託

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を販売しません。機能提供のため、次の事業者に処理を委託します：Apple（購入処理）、Clerk（認証）、Convex（データベース・画像保存）、RevenueCat（課金管理）、Cloudflare（AI 連携ゲートウェイ）、Sentry（エラー監視・有効時のみ）。

4. AI アシスタント連携と明示的な同意

AI アシスタント連携は、利用者が ChatGPT 等の接続画面で内容を確認し、OAuth の同意操作を完了した場合にのみ有効になります。接続後は、利用者の依頼に応じて、身体・健康関連情報、記録、食事画像、目標またはコーチ用メモが、選択した AI 提供者に送信されることがあります。当方がこれらの情報を AI モデルの学習に利用することはありません。AI 提供者による処理には、当該提供者のプライバシーポリシーと利用者の設定が適用されます。接続は AI 提供者の接続済みサービス設定からいつでも解除できます。

5. 広告・トラッキング

本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告目的のトラッキングを行いません（App Tracking Transparency の対象となるトラッキングはありません）。

6. データの保存期間と削除

• アカウント、身体・健康関連情報、記録、画像およびコーチ用データは、アカウントが有効な間保存します。
• AI 連携のセキュリティ記録は、入力内容や健康数値を複製せず、原則30日以内に削除します。
• エラー監視が有効な場合の診断情報は、問題の調査に必要な期間に限り、原則90日以内保存します。

アプリ内の「アカウントを削除」を実行すると、Hearth の稼働中のシステムにあるアカウント、記録、画像および RevenueCat の顧客データを削除します。委託先のバックアップに残る複製は、各委託先の通常のバックアップ更新期間に従って消去されます。法令上保存が必要な情報は、その必要期間に限り保持することがあります。Apple が保持する購入履歴の削除や App Store サブスクリプションの解約は Hearth のアカウント削除には含まれません。

7. 健康に関する免責

本アプリは医療機器ではなく、医学的助言・診断・治療を提供するものではありません。表示されるカロリー・減量ペース等は一般的な計算式による参考値です。健康上の懸念がある場合は医師にご相談ください。

8. 改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本ページで告知します。

Privacy Policy

Protoduct ("we") operates the iOS app "Hearth" (the "App"). This policy describes how we handle your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account: email address and authentication identifiers (via Clerk)
• Body & health-related data you enter: height, weight, birth year, sex, activity level, goal weight, and meal / workout / weight logs
• User content: meal photos, AI-coach memories and proposals, and text you enter
• Purchases: subscription status (via the App Store and RevenueCat; we never receive your card details)
• Security and diagnostics: the names and times of features invoked through an AI connection, and crash logs when error monitoring is enabled

2. How We Use It

To provide the App's features (calorie budgets, pacing, progress tracking), to sync your data with AI assistants (ChatGPT / Claude) only when you explicitly connect them, and to manage subscriptions and fix bugs.

3. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We use Apple (purchases), Clerk (authentication), Convex (database and image storage), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Cloudflare (AI-connection gateway), and Sentry (error monitoring, when enabled) to provide the service.

4. AI Assistant Connections and Explicit Consent

An AI assistant connection is enabled only after you review the connection in ChatGPT or another supported service and complete the OAuth consent flow. At your request, body and health-related data, logs, meal photos, goals, or coach memories may then be sent to the AI provider you selected. We do not use this data to train AI models. The AI provider's privacy policy and your settings with that provider govern its processing. You can revoke access at any time from the AI provider's connected-services settings.

5. Ads & Tracking

The App shows no ads and performs no cross-app tracking (no tracking subject to App Tracking Transparency).

6. Retention & Deletion

• Account, body and health-related data, logs, images, and coach data are retained while your account remains active.
• AI-connection security records do not duplicate your input or health measurements and are deleted within 30 days as a rule.
• When error monitoring is enabled, diagnostics are retained only as needed to investigate a problem and, as a rule, for no more than 90 days.

Using “Delete Account” in the App deletes the account, logs, images, and RevenueCat customer data from Hearth's active systems. Copies in processor backups are erased through each processor's normal backup lifecycle. Information that must be retained by law may be kept only for the required period. Deleting your Hearth account does not delete purchase history held by Apple or cancel an App Store subscription.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Values shown are estimates based on standard formulas. Consult a physician for health concerns.
